Job Duties

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components
• Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
• Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Previous welding experience
• Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable transportation

Preferred Experience

• MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding
• Welding certifications are a plus
• Fabrication and metalworking experience
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, or custom metal shops

Physical Requirements
