Warehouse Worker

We are searching for a dependable, hard-working Warehouse Worker to join our growing warehouse team in Brighton, MI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with a company that values reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic.

· 1st Shift: 8am – 4:30p, Monday to Friday

· Starting Pay Rate: $19-$20 / Hour

About the Company:

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for accurately fulfilling customer orders, preparing pallets for shipment, and assisting with receiving incoming material. Team members work together to maintain an organized warehouse while ensuring customer orders are picked, palletized and shipped accurately.

Responsibilities:

· Pick customer orders using printed pack lists and color-coded labels

· Accurately locate and pull products from warehouse inventory

· Pack, palletize, shrink wrap, and stage completed orders for shipment

· Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments

· Perform basic math calculations to verify order quantities

· Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment

· Support team members during truck deliveries and other warehouse operations

Qualifications:

· Reliable attendance and dependable transportation required

· Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. as needed

· High School Diploma or GED

· Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

· Willingness to learn and grow within the company
