Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) with 1+ year of experience for a 13-week travel assignment, requiring ARRT(R) certification and proficiency in OR/Fluoro and General X-Ray.
Details
- 13-week contract at an acute care hospital in Jersey City, NJ
- X-Ray department performing all routine radiology procedures
- Approximately 20 cases per day
- Proficiency in OR/Fluoroscopy and General X-Ray required
- Charting system: Epic
- 4x10-hour evening shifts, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call required
- Local candidates are accepted
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
- Active ARRT(R) certification required
- Current BLS certification required
- Active NJ license required prior to start — license required if applicable
- Proficiency in OR/Fluoro and General X-Ray procedures
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- Two current professional references required for consideration
- Copy of certifications required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Former employees of the RWJBH health system (full-time or PRN) must have been separated from the system for a minimum of 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
- Black scrubs required
