Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health symptoms and histories, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and therapeutic techniques to inform treatment planning.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based approaches tailored to support clients' personal growth and emotional stability.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor progress to adapt the treatment plan as needed for optimal outcomes.
• Provide virtual teletherapy sessions to ensure accessibility for clients facing transportation or geographical barriers.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of therapy sessions, client evaluations, and treatment progress in compliance with ethical standards and regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance your clinical skills, staying informed on the latest advancements in therapeutic practices and mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
