Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions employing integrative therapeutic techniques that promote emotional healing and personal development.
- Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and closely monitor their progress throughout the treatment process.
- Offer teletherapy options to increase accessibility for clients, particularly those facing challenges with transportation or mobility.
- Maintain precise and organized documentation to uphold ethical standards and ensure continuity of care.
- Engage in regular professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of innovative practices within the mental health field.
Patient Population / Client Focus
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients work through trauma, relationship challenges, grief, and anxiety disorders. Qualifications
- A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this position is competitive, ranging annually from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
