Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children with developmental delays and disabilities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) tailored to the unique needs of each child.
- Monitor and track the progress of enrolled children, adapting interventions as necessary to ensure effective support.
- Engage with families, providing guidance and practical strategies based on evidence-based practices to facilitate their child's growth.
- Utilize a coaching approach to educate families in natural settings, fostering a learning environment that encourages development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations in your practice.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and fellow team members to foster a supportive community environment.
- Document all interactions, assessments, and service delivery meticulously to maintain high standards of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
As an LCSW within our clinic, you will primarily work with infants and toddlers who are experiencing disabilities or developmental delays. Providing early intervention services is critical in helping these children acquire developmental milestones in areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills that should naturally emerge in the early years of life. Your work will not only influence individual lives but also enhance family dynamics and community health.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
- Active LCSW licensure issued by the Department of Public Health.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices.
- Ability to adapt approaches to accommodate various learning styles when working with children.
Preferred Experience
- A minimum of one year of practical experience in early intervention services, particularly with children.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes:
