Salary: $16-$18 Per Hour

A local pool company in Zephyrhills, FL is looking for an experienced Pool Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on pool maintenance experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain residential and commercial swimming pools
• Test and balance pool chemicals
• Inspect pool equipment and identify maintenance needs
• Vacuum pools and empty skimmer baskets
• Perform routine pool maintenance and keep pools in clean condition
• Maintain and properly care for company equipment and vehicle
• Provide friendly and professional service at each customer location
• Follow all company safety procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of pool maintenance experience required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily route
