Safely transport patients to and from medical facilities and their residences.
Assist patients with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring that all mobility aids are handled properly.
Maintain accurate records of travel activities, including times and mileage, using Veyo's proprietary technologies.
Adhere to all safety and health protocols, including sanitization procedures of transport vehicles.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing and escalating patient concerns as needed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to operate smartphone applications and GPS devices.
Basic knowledge of safety and emergency response procedures.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
CPR and First Aid certifications preferred but not mandatory (training provided if required).
