Key Responsibilities
As an LMFT at Crossroad Psychiatry and Counseling Center, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges thoroughly.
- Designing and implementing tailored treatment plans that promote growth and recovery, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Providing both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Establishing and tracking therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients to measure progress effectively.
- Utilizing teletherapy solutions to ensure continuity of care for clients who may face transportation challenges or prefer remote sessions.
- Maintaining precise and confidential documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing trauma, relationship issues, substance abuse, and various mental health disorders. Your empathetic approach will create a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, facilitating transformative healing experiences.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:
- A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of strong therapeutic relationships.
- A compassionate, nonjudgmental attitude toward clients, fostering trust and openness.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle caseloads efficiently and ensure timely administrative follow-ups.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
