Safely transport patients to and from medical facilities and their residence
Manage scheduling and route logistics to ensure timely service
Maintain accurate records of travel activities
Adhere to all healthcare regulatory and safety standards
Provide excellent customer service and support to patients
Assist patients in embarking and disembarking the vehicle
Excellent driving skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using navigation systems
Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Defensive Driving Certification preferred
