Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop effective, client-centered treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy through various modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy, to promote personal growth and well-being.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on their progress and feedback.
• Provide teletherapy services, employing to ensure accessibility for clients facing mobility or transportation challenges.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions to uphold ethical standards and compliance with state regulations.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through training, workshops, and case consultations to stay informed on best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as either an LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology).
• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
• A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude towards clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, prior experience in a clinical setting or private practice is preferred. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and remote patient management systems can give you an added advantage. Demonstrating specialized skills in working with specific populations, such as youth, trauma survivors, or individuals with chronic mental health conditions, can enhance our capacity to meet client needs.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
