Creekview Behavioral Health is actively seeking licensed mental health therapists to join our dedicated team in a full-time or part-time capacity. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychometric assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care to foster clients' personal growth.
• Establish, implement, and periodically revise therapeutic goals, ensuring clients are actively engaged in their treatment journeys.
• Provide flexible teletherapy options, accommodating clients who may face transportation issues or prefer the convenience of virtual sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client sessions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and advances in mental health treatment.

Our clients include a diverse range of individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated skills in effective communication, both verbal and written, as well as strong interpersonal relationship building.
• An empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental attitude toward clients from various backgrounds.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle a varied caseload.

Preferred Experience

Experience working in a clinical setting or community health clinic is preferred, particularly in roles involving the treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma. Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual therapy practices will enhance your ability to connect with clients effectively. A record of successful collaboration in multidisciplinary teams will be a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload demands.
