Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their individual mental health needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to promote personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, adapting approaches based on client preferences and presenting issues.
• Set clear therapeutic goals with clients and systematically monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey.
• Utilize teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients facing transportation difficulties or preference for virtual sessions.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation to support ethical practices and compliance with state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals grappling with a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license in one of the following: LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships.
• Empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to therapy.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
