Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their specific mental health needs, challenges, and strengths.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using various modalities tailored to each client, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic frameworks.
• Establish clear therapeutic goals and consistently monitor client progress through regular feedback and adjustment of treatment plans.
• Deliver teletherapy sessions via secure, user-friendly platforms, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have transportation or mobility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client progress and treatment interventions in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of new methodologies, therapies, and industry best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele spans a range of ages and backgrounds, with many individuals facing challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Qualifications

• Current and valid state license as LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, or LSCSW.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
• A deep sense of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client schedules and cases effectively.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly in outpatient care, is preferred. Experience with assessment tools and outcome measures to evaluate client progress is also an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

At Vibrant Minds Counseling Services, we offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on your caseload and relevant experience. Our benefits package includes:
