Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status to identify needs and challenges.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals and progress.
• Deliver high-quality individual therapy sessions that utilize tailored therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques.
• Guide clients through the therapeutic process by establishing and monitoring measurable goals.
• Provide teletherapy sessions that ensure accessibility and convenience for clients facing mobility or transportation difficulties.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to legal and professional standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and innovative therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on a diverse array of clients experiencing various mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will engage with individuals from different backgrounds and demographics, employing culturally sensitive approaches to therapy. This diversity enriches our practice and allows for greater empathy and understanding in treatment delivery.

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as a mental health professional, including LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients.
• A compassionate and non-judgmental attitude towards individuals seeking support and healing.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage multiple clients and responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in conducting virtual therapy sessions and familiarity with telehealth technologies.
• Experience in working with clients dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Proficiency in utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Energy Balance Counseling Services also provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
