Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify the unique mental health needs of each client, ensuring the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and continuously monitor progress through regular evaluations and adjustments as necessary.
• Provide teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients with transportation issues, geographical constraints, or preference for virtual sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and peer collaboration to stay current with best practices in mental health treatment.

Your primary focus will be on individuals facing complex mental health issues, including trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as either LCMFT, LCPC, LMFT, or LCSW-C.
• A Bachelor's degree in mental health counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required. A Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting is required, candidates with a background in community health and those familiar with evidence-based practices in mental health care will be given preference. Experience providing telehealth services is a plus, as we continue to enhance our remote offerings.
