Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly clients to identify their unique emotional and psychological needs.
- Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on issues such as grief, loss, anxiety, depression, and the challenges associated with aging.
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create and implement individualized care plans that incorporate client preferences and goals.
- Provide educational resources and support to families and caregivers, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and effective coping strategies.
- Offer grief and loss counseling services to individuals and families faced with end-of-life challenges, guiding them through complex emotional landscapes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

- Exceptional communication skills with the capability to build rapport with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked.
