Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' specific mental health needs and design tailored treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques, with a focus on promoting personal growth and improving mental well-being.
- Work collaboratively with clients to establish realistic therapy goals, and routinely track and assess their progress against these objectives.
- Provide teletherapy options for clients who face transportation challenges or prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility to mental health care.
- Maintain excellent documentation to uphold ethical standards and ensure compliance within the practice.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions, to refine your clinical skills and stay informed on current trends in therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
- Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
