Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to grasp clients' unique mental health challenges, subsequently developing tailored treatment plans aimed at improving their quality of life.
• Deliver individual therapy utilizing evidence-based practices and customized interventions designed to foster personal growth and emotional resilience.
• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients, regularly monitoring and adjusting strategies based on their progress and feedback.
• Provide teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for clients facing barriers to in-person engagement, including transportation issues or health concerns.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in alignment with ethical and professional standards, ensuring the confidentiality and security of client information.
• Engage in continuous professional development, enhancing clinical skills and staying abreast of the latest trends in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a licensed therapist at Serenity Minds Wellness Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, relationship difficulties, and more. Qualifications

• Valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
