We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 - 100,000 annually, dependent on your experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans.
- Provide individual therapy utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique experiences of each client.
- Establish measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring their progress towards these objectives.
- Offer teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer or require virtual appointments due to scheduling conflicts or mobility constraints.
- Maintain accurate and ethical documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with state licensing regulations.
- Participate in continuous professional development to stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and trends in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Your work will primarily involve clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and relationship challenges. You will have the opportunity to support individuals, couples, and families through personalized therapy sessions designed to help them navigate their emotional landscapes. By employing a nonjudgmental and empathetic approach, you will help clients establish trusting therapeutic relationships that foster an environment of healing and personal growth.
Qualifications
- Must possess an active and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Nevada.
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with clients and collaboration with peers.
- A strong ability to demonstrate empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' struggles.
- Proficient organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage a diverse caseload while adhering to administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to individuals and families from various backgrounds.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care frameworks and additional therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
Compensation and Benefits
In addition to a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 - 100,000 per year based on experience, we offer a comprehensive benefits package.
