Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to the unique experiences of each client.
• Establish measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring their progress towards these objectives.
• Offer teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer or require virtual appointments due to scheduling conflicts or mobility constraints.
• Maintain accurate and ethical documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with state licensing regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily involve clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• Must possess an active and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Nevada.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of rapport with clients and collaboration with peers.
• A strong ability to demonstrate empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' struggles.
• Proficient organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage a diverse caseload while adhering to administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a clinical setting providing therapy to individuals and families from various backgrounds.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care frameworks and additional therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR.
