Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and in-depth evaluations to identify client needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to promote healing and personal growth.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and monitor their progress effectively throughout their treatment journey.
• Provide teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for clients who may face mobility or transportation challenges.
• Maintain ethical standards by documenting client interactions and treatment processes accurately in line with regulatory guidelines.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to refine clinical skills and stay current with therapeutic advancements and methodologies.

Qualifications
