Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and develop customized treatment plans aimed at promoting personal and emotional growth.
- Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to implement individualized therapy sessions, focusing on helping clients overcome obstacles such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
- Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals, closely monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
- Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients who may face transportation barriers or prefer the convenience of virtual sessions.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation to adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring a high quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Life Reconcile Solutions, your client focus will include individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health issues. You will work with clients experiencing challenges such as relationship difficulties, addiction, trauma, and emotional distress. Your approach will be deeply empathetic and tailored to address their unique circumstances, allowing you to foster trusting relationships essential for effective treatment.
Qualifications
- Possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline is required.

- Exhibit empathy, sensitivity, and a nonjudgmental approach to client experiences and struggles.
