Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and initiate effective treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches to foster personal growth and emotional healing.
• Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress to ensure they are on the right path to recovery.
• Deliver teletherapy services via secure online platforms to clients who may face transportation challenges or prefer virtual sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment interventions to uphold ethical standards and facilitate continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay informed about current trends and best practices in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population struggling with a range of issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Qualifications

• Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trustful therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a nonjudgmental attitude are crucial in understanding clients' experiences and struggles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing teletherapy services is highly desirable, given the nature of our practice.
• Prior engagement with populations struggling with addiction and related mental health issues will be considered an asset.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
