Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, using evidence-based practices to gain a deeper understanding of clients' mental health issues and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing unique therapeutic techniques that cater to each client's needs, fostering personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Set and evaluate therapeutic goals in partnership with clients, regularly tracking progress to ensure effective treatment.
• Offer teletherapy options for clients who may have transportation challenges or prefer virtual sessions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions to adhere to ethical standards and ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients come from various backgrounds, dealing with a spectrum of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. As an LMFT, you will work closely with individuals, couples, and families to facilitate healing and relationship improvement, focusing on strategies that enhance their overall mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.
