Work Environment

This position is a remote telehealth role, providing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while working from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to develop customized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed, ensuring that clients receive the most effective care possible.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide holistic care that addresses the mental and emotional health of clients.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards, being proficient with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in workshops, training sessions, and team meetings to stay informed of the latest advancements in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.
• Two or more years of experience providing counseling services, preferably within a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines and legal regulations governing counseling practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish therapeutic relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and other relevant software tools.

Preferred Experience

Experience in specialized areas such as trauma counseling, substance abuse treatment, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly regarded and can enhance your effectiveness in this role. Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
