Starting Pay: $16.00-$18.00/hr based on experience | Se Habla Espanol

Are you passionate about working outdoors and creating stunning landscapes? Your Green Team is hiring a Lawn Care Laborer to join our team. Our ideal candidate takes pride in landscaping, enjoys working with their hands, and is dedicated to delivering high-quality outdoor transformations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform landscaping tasks including site prep, grading, planting, and installing sod, pavers, and mulch
• Read and interpret design drawings to bring outdoor projects to life
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment for landscaping tasks
• Ensure properties are left clean and well-maintained after each job
• Assist with other duties as needed - no two days are the same

Requirements:

• Landscaping experience preferred but not required, along with experience operating and maintaining equipment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to perform all job functions safely and efficiently
• Strong communication skills for working with teammates and clients
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and able to lift 35-80 lbs regularly

Pay and Benefits:

• $16.00-$18.00/hr + Monthly Bonus Program
