Key Responsibilities
In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of patients' mobility, strength, balance, and overall function.
- Utilize diagnostic tests to evaluate patients' physical capabilities and functional limitations, tailoring interventions to maximize recovery.
- Administer hands-on therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities including ultrasound or electrical stimulation, to relieve pain and restore function.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on effective rehabilitation strategies and the proper use of adaptive devices or prosthetics.
- Monitor and document patient progress meticulously through comprehensive clinical records, ensuring timely communication with referring physicians and healthcare teams.
- Collaborate with physical therapy aides and assistants, supervising specific tasks to ensure adherence to care protocols and maximize treatment adherence.
- Engage with interdisciplinary teams during case reviews to evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans as needed for continual improvements.
- Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote health and wellness, highlighting the importance of physical therapy in maintaining an active lifestyle.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our client population includes individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and neurological disorders among other health concerns. You will work closely with a diverse group of patients from various age groups and backgrounds, each with unique rehabilitation needs. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- A current PT license in good standing in the state of Florida.
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably in outpatient care.
- CPR certification and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
This full-time Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
