Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify individual client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that support their mental health journey.
• Utilize diverse therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy to deliver effective individual therapy sessions.
• Establish and monitor therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, adapting approaches as needed to ensure optimal progress in their treatment.
• Provide teletherapy options that enhance accessibility for clients facing transportation or mobility challenges, ensuring continuity of care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops, webinars, and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Allegiant, you will work with a diverse client population facing various challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Our clients are individuals seeking supportive interventions to build healthier coping strategies and improve their overall quality of life. You will play a crucial role in facilitating their journeys toward healing and empowerment.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid and current state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrated excellence in communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering a non-judgmental and empathetic therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills that enable you to effectively manage a diverse caseload.

Preferred Experience

While experience is valued, we welcome applicants who exhibit a genuine passion for mental health counseling. Experience in teletherapy, familiarity with various treatment approaches, and a track record of successful client outcomes will be considered assets.

Compensation and Benefits

Allegiant Mental and Wellness Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. We provide additional benefits, including:
