Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to gain insights into clients' mental health conditions, thoroughly understanding their histories and current challenges.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that are regularly reviewed and adjusted based on client progress and changing needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, focusing on promoting personal growth, resilience, and emotional well-being.
• Establish therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and track their advancement throughout the therapy process.
• Deliver teletherapy services to clients who may face transportation barriers, ensuring that high-quality care is always accessible.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with ethical standards and in accordance with state regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and education to enhance therapeutic skills, thereby encouraging best practices in clinical care.

Qualifications

• A current, valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• An annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
