Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health challenges and initiate tailored treatment plans.
- Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities that honor the client's unique journey and promote emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and consistently monitor progress toward these goals through structured progress reviews.
- Provide teletherapy options for clients who benefit from virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those with mobility limitations or transportation challenges.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to refine clinical skills and remain current with advancements in the field of therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Life Bridge Counseling Center, you will work with an array of clients facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications
- A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

- Strong empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients, allowing for a supportive therapeutic alliance.

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience working in a private practice or outpatient treatment setting.
- Experience with various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or family systems therapy.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation, scheduling, and billing procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, based on experience and credentials.
