Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gain a deeper understanding of clients' psychological needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches tailored to promote emotional healing and personal development.
- Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and monitor their progress to ensure the effectiveness of the treatment.
- Provide teletherapy services for clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for those who may have mobility or transportation challenges.
- Maintain precise documentation in accordance with ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with state regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, continuously enhancing clinical skills in alignment with emerging trends in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our patient demographic includes individuals and families dealing with a variety of mental health conditions such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications
- Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

- A strong sense of empathy, demonstrating understanding and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients' struggles.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably working with diverse populations and varying mental health issues.
- Familiarity with therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
