Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients, which includes reviewing medical history and performing specific physical assessments to determine the best course of treatment.
- Communicate evaluation results and treatment plans clearly to both patients and their families, ensuring that they are actively involved in goal-setting processes.
- Implement individualized treatment protocols based on evaluation findings and adjustments in patient condition, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
- Regularly coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and consult when a modification of the treatment plan is necessary.
- Document all patient care activities meticulously in compliance with healthcare regulations, including initial evaluations, daily progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- Maintain efficient time management and productivity levels, ensuring a balanced schedule while actively participating in community outreach initiatives.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, pursuing continuing education opportunities, and potentially serving as a mentor or clinical instructor for students in the field.
- Enhance patient experiences by demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to accessibility in care delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The Physical Therapist will work with a diverse patient population across various age groups, primarily focusing on individuals recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking rehabilitation post-surgery. Qualifications
- A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits
