• Always be compliant with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Implement daily activity schedules including community outings, events, and in-house.
programming (arts, crafts, music, sensory activities)
• Promote community awareness and inclusion through responsible, courteous behavior.
• Ensure health and safety of individuals during program hours, transportation, and community
activities.
• Provide personal care and support as needed.
• Assist individuals with personal finances, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Complete and submit incident reports per policy.
• Utilize crisis prevention and intervention strategies, using restrictive procedures only as a last
resort.
• Participate in interdisciplinary planning and carry out goals from individual service plans.
• Attend staff meetings and complete required annual training.
• Travel to other program locations as needed
