Branch ManagerLocation: Casper, WY (On-Site)
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Salary: Starting at $70,000 annually + Bonus Potential

Position Overview
We are partnering with a local building supply client in Casper, WY to identify an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead daily operations and drive business success. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience, operational expertise, and a customer-focused approach to managing Branch performance, developing employees, and growing the business.
This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Branch operations, ensuring operational excellence, driving profitability, managing team performance, and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day Branch operations to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, develop, coach, and manage Branch employees while fostering a positive and productive culture.
- Establish and execute strategies to achieve Branch sales, operational, and financial goals.
- Monitor Branch performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, vendors, and community partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable regulations.
- Manage Branch budgets, expenses, inventory, and operational resources.
- Identify business development opportunities to increase market share and profitability.
- Collaborate with leadership to support company objectives and growth initiatives.
- Previous management or leadership experience required.
- Experience in building materials, construction supply, distribution, lumber, roofing, hardware, or a related industry strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success leading teams and achieving business objectives.
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports, budgets, and operational metrics.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management systems.
- Ability to work on-site in Casper, WY.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to relocate to Casper, WY if not currently residing in the area.
- Starting salary of $70,000+ annually
