Key Requirements

• Candidates must have a minimum of seven years of experience in the public transportation industry; experience facilitating training, programs, meetings, etc., in-person and virtually; and experience serving as a subject matter expert in one or more of the key subject areas identified. Candidates must also have experience contributing to content development.
• The candidate must have a thorough understanding of how public transportation operates and how transportation services are delivered to the public. Must possess practitioner experience in one or more of the identified key areas. Candidates must understand and be able to clearly communicate federal compliance requirements related to one or more of the identified areas as applicable.
• Candidates must possess experience with in-person and virtual facilitation, utilizing associated tools and best practices, including but not limited to virtual platforms (Zoom and MS Teams), experiential learning activities, and classroom management. Candidates should be able to collaborate with course designers as subject matter experts to support the development of course content.
